Just ring us
We answer our own phone. There's no menu, no script and no call centre, if we can't pick up we'll ring you back.

- 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. We're out doing visits morning and evening, so if we miss you it's probably because somebody's dinner was more urgent.
- Where we cover
- Witney and about 8 miles around it, across West Oxfordshire. No travel supplement anywhere on that patch.
What happens next
We'll come back to you about whether we're free, and if we're not, we'll say so quickly rather than leaving you wondering. If we are, we'll arrange a time to come round, collect your keys and go through the details. That visit is free and there's no obligation attached to it.
