The small print, in normal words

What's included, what isn't, and the four days that cost more

Up to 3 cats included. After that it's £2 per extra cat per day. A second cat is mostly just a second bowl, so we don't charge as if it's a second job.

Medication is free. Tablets, liquids, drops, insulin. A cat that needs medicating twice a day is exactly the cat that shouldn't be uprooted, and charging extra for that seems like the wrong incentive.

Home care is free. Post, bins, curtains, plants, a general once-over. We're in the house anyway.

No travel supplement. Anywhere in our area is the same price. Bampton and Burford pay what Witney pays.

Four premium days a year. Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday are charged at one and a half times. Every other bank holiday is the normal rate.

Pay before you travel. We'll invoice you once your dates are confirmed, and we ask for it to be settled by bank transfer before your first visit. It means there is nothing waiting for you when you land, and nothing hanging over the trip. If your plans change, we refund the days we didn't use.
